Step 2: To confirm if your date is available, use our convenient self-service tool or email us at [email protected]. All of our dates are kept current, so if the calendar indicates availability, you can trust it’s accurate. However, if your desired date appears unavailable, don’t hesitate to email us for confirmation.
Step 3: First, choose your booth and package. Then, secure your date effortlessly. You can fully book online without ever having to wait for a call or email, provided you know what you want and don’t need any customization.
Step 4: After securing your date, we will communicate with you via email and your client portal to gather all the necessary details to successfully execute your event. Additionally, once we have your event’s information, such as the theme and color scheme, we will design your Photo Booth template or 360 Booth Overlay accordingly.
Step 5: First, we design your template and email it to you for review and approval. Once any necessary changes have been made and you are satisfied with the final design, we are fully prepared for your event.
Step 6: We provide Photo Booth and/or 360 Booth services for your event! *does happy dance*
Step 7: After your event has ended, we will email you a link with all of your photos, boomerangs, and/or videos within 2 business days. If you have not received the link in that time frame, first check your spam folders and then contact us to be sure you get all of the files.
Step 8: We will send you a link to leave us a review so that you can tell others how happy you were with our services.
